Private Dining & Business Meeting Space

Thank you for your interest in our business meeting and private party room. We are very excited to be able to offer you our facilities and services during your special event. With our “No Problem” approach to your needs we will ensure that your event is enjoyable and within your budget.

Our private room, a Solarium, can accommodate up to 26 people and is ideal for smaller business meetings and casual gatherings. The Solarium has two televisions, its own sound system, is wheel chair accessible and can be closed off for privacy.

This room is available seven days a week for lunch or dinner. We do not charge for reserving this private space but we do require a minimum purchase of food and beverage to book this room. This room has limited availability, please call for details.

Room reservations can be made up to one year in advance. Reservations must be confirmed with a credit card and are guaranteed after we have received your credit card number. All prices listed are before gratuity and sales tax.

Reservation Policies

Room Minimum
Our private party room has a minimum sales amount that must be met either with the purchase of food and beverage, or an agreed upon room charge. The amount will depend on the day and time of the party. Essentially we want to find something that works for the both of us.

Meal Service
Parties in our Solarium may order directly off of the regular restaurant menu. In certain circumstances we may be able to develop a limited or special menu depending on your needs. Our party planners can help you with this.

Deposits
A credit card will be needed to make a reservation for private parties. Using this credit card number authorizes The Onion to charge $100 to the account in the event that an improper cancellation is made.

Cancellations
To avoid the charge, cancellations must be made at least 72 hours before the planned party. We ask for a final guest count 48 hours before your party. If cancellation of your event is needed, any rentals, equipment or food already purchased or ordered for your party will be charged to your credit card number.

Payment
Payment is due at the completion of your party. We can keep individual tabs for beverages and in some instances charge food to separate checks. It is decided on a case by case basis. Also, please be aware that any type of separate check situation will take longer to handle. Any tabs that may not have been taken care of by individuals will be charged to the credit card used to reserve the party. Menu prices may be subject to change without notice.

Gratuity
It's customary for us to add a Gratuity of 18% to all private party checks, including those held by your guests in no host bar situations. Unless specified your tab will be presented on one check.

Spirits and Libations
We are happy to assist you in selecting beverages for your party and can bring in a particular wine or spirit if it is not something we normally carry. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone.

Miscellaneous Fees
We charge a corkage fee of $10.00 per bottle on any wine you bring in.
